TriVee operates the website at trivee.io (the "Site"). We are based in Canada.

This policy applies to information collected through the Site—including when you browse pages, submit the waitlist form, or contact us by email. Our product features may evolve; when they do, we will update this policy and the date above.

• Waitlist and contact details. If you join the waitlist, we collect the information you provide (for example, name, email address, phone number, city or region, business details if you apply as a merchant, and whether you agreed to marketing messages).
• Technical and usage data. Like most websites, our servers and service providers may receive data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP. We use this to operate the Site, protect against abuse, and understand aggregate usage.

• To run the Site and respond to you.
• To manage the waitlist and notify you about TriVee when you ask us to.
• To send marketing or product updates when you have agreed to receive them.
• To secure the Site, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
• To improve our services and plan launches (often in aggregated or de-identified form).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with vendors who help us host the Site, send email, operate databases, or analyze traffic—only as needed for those services and subject to appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of TriVee and our users.

We keep waitlist and contact information as long as needed to operate the waitlist, honour your preferences, and meet legal or operational requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in line with our practices at the time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and caution when sharing sensitive information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to some uses. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages (when available) or by contacting us. To exercise other rights, email hello@trivee.io and we will respond in line with applicable law.

The Site is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Our operations are in Canada. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in Canada or other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data protection rules than your region.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Site or by email where appropriate.
